Monday

3:45 – 4:30 

Princess in Training (ages 3-5)

This class offers a positive upbeat vibe where your tiny dancer will learn the basics of being a ballerina and a Disney character/princess. They will learn technical terminology, balance, coordination and movement all to Disney music.

4:30 – 5:00 

Competition Rehearsal (invite only)

5:15 – 6:15 

TEEN JAZZ (AGES 14-ADULT)

Our intermediate/advanced jazz class is designed for dancers who have had 3 or more years of jazz experience. We focus on musicality, technique, transitions and more complicated movements. This class is designed for serious dancers.

6:15 – 6:45

Wednesday

3:45 – 4:45

Beginning Ballet/Lyrical (ages 6-12)

Learning proper technique, etiquette and discipline. You will learn ballet terminology along with different body placements that build and create your strength. The dance routines learned will be a mix of ballet and lyrical movements. Lyrical is ballet technique put into a more fluid motion.

4:45 – 5:45

Intermediate Hip Hop (ages 11-15)

Our hip hop class is a mixture of hard hitting movements that all flow together creating an outstanding visual to ones eye. You will learn basic hip hop steps along with many different choreography sets in order to become a well rounded hip hop dancer.

5:30 – 6:30

Teen/Adult Ballet (ages 14-adult)

In this class you will learn the basic foot positions and proper ballet technique. You will learn placements of your arms and body along with combinations putting everything you've learned together. Be ready to sweat and work hard.

Thursday

4:00 – 5:00

Beginning Acro (ages 6-12)

Your dance will focus on strength, flexibility and balance. They will learn basic acrobatic skills such as hand stands, walkovers, jumps and balancing tricks.

5:00 – 6:00 

Intermediate Acro (ages 10-adult)

The class focus's on more advanced acrobatic movements such as side ariels, walkover variations, backhand springs and more. You must have certain tricks down first in order to take this class.

6:00 – 6:45 

Beginning/Intermediate Tap (ages 14-adult)

Focusing on intermediate and advanced tap steps such as wings, pull backs, riffs and so on. You will learn quick and steady paced movements with your feet while learning how to flow your upper body movement to match with your feet movements. You will learn to create different sounds and techniques.

Friday

3:30 – 4:00 

Competition Rehearsal (INVITE ONLY)

4:00 – 4:45 

Beginning Hip Hop (ages 5-9)

The class is meant for beginner dances who want to work on jazz technique and tap sequences. All technique such as arm, feet and body placements will be formed into choreography. Jazz is very upbeat and sassy. Tap is mainly about the feet, so once you get those sequences down you will be able to make music with your feet and it may be added to music.

4:45 – 5:45 

Tap/Jazz (ages 11-15)

Competition is meant for serious dancers. The class goes over competition information and a competitive outlook on dance. You will learn intermediate choreography and be working on your cleanliness as a dancers as well as performance skills and quality.

5:45 – 6:30 

Advanced Hip Hop (14-adult)

Saturday

9:00 – 10:00 

Beginning Tap/Jazz (ages 6-10)

You will learn different tap steps that focus mainly on the feet with a small range of arm movements. The jazz portion focuses on basic jazz movements that are sharp, clean and funky

10:15 – 11:15 

Beginning Ballet (AGES 6-10)

You will learn basic ballet technique such as feet and arm placements as well as how to properly place your body. During the acro portion you will be learning handstands, walkovers, elbow and chin stands. You will strength train in order to be strong enough to hold yourself up when doing different acrobatic tricks and movements.

11:15 – 12:00 

Beginning Hip Hop (AGES 6-10)

This is a class for dancers who like to get funky and move fast. They will learn basic hip hop moves, building strength, learning coordination and practice dancing as a cohesive group.
